A fantastic tropical arrangement landed on my doorstep. It was neat to see the foam planter blocks I can reuse. I appreciated the call to ensure we would be home to collect it on a cool day. The box/planter had staples(or something holding it together) protruding a bit from the bottom that may scratch surfaces. We have used Chelle's for many occasions, and we are always pleased with the arrangements.

This was an online order which was easy to do. Apparently I put in the wrong phone number to contact my wife and I recieved a phone call from the flower shop saying that no one answered the door when flowers were delivered and the phone number was wrong. They wanted to let me know what was happening and I'm grateful for that. Flowers were wonderful and chocolate was delicious.

Trachelle called on Sun. to let me know the flowers for what I ordered online wouldn't be there in time for the Mon. AM Viewing and Funeral. She offered to do a spray in the colors and flowers that would coordinate with the flowers on the Casket and others the Family ordered. I was so GRATEFUL for her willingness to make it all early in the morning and have it delivered in time! With our Family message that I emailed to her. SHE WAS AMAZING! My brother took a pic of it and sent to us. It was full and beautiful! The Family said it stayed beautiful at grave for days! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Just wanted to thank you for doing such a great job on an arrangement my 10 year old daughter received. She had her tonsils out on Monday and a classmate had his mom order her flowers. The driver was terrific. (He had the wrong address for us and called to see where we were so he could deliver them.) She was so happy when he delivered them it brightened her entire week. I called in the afternoon and I was thrilled to find that the flowers were indeed on the truck and going to be delivered shortly. They were within the next 30 minutes and I received a text stating they were beautiful. We like to use local businesses when we have the opportunity to do so. If we need local flowers in the future we will find your site once again.
